Lose Of Audio On During Phone Calls

Bose Tw2 - 01.03.00 Device has worked very well for me, however recenyly something has changed and i can not hear any conversation while on phone, nor can caller hear me. The device is paired, it shows connectected, in fact i can hear all other noises on the phone , to include music...but no calls.
