I Have A Benvenuto B30 Bosch Coffee Machine And I Need Somebody To Service It..

I have a Benvenuto B 30 Bosch coffee machine I'm wondering if somebody can call me or message me text me it keeps saying missing trays and when I wiggle it and move it it stops it goes it stops we tried cleaning it gently all the time not sure what the problem is?. 905-570-9684
