Ice Maker Not Working And Freezer Is Too Warm.

My Bosch B20CS51SNI will not make ice. The ice maker filler tube is always very warm and the ice tray will not freeze. The rest of the freezer will stay frozen but it is not reaching the factory setting of 0 degrees. No frost anywhere in freezer or fridge. Door seals just fine.
