You will need to contact Boost Customer Care at 1-866-402-7366 to unblock your phone. (This is a security measure to stop someone from using your account without your permission.)

a good way to block and unblock on boost mobile is to send a text to the number 9999 with the message block and the number you want to block with the area code and press send , to unblock use the word unblock with the number instead of the word block.
