according to everything I'm reading you have to call them and ask. I've emailed them and I'm waiting to see if they'll do it online. It's not your phone number like some people say. I know it's too late for you, but someone else can probably use this info.

edited: Boost emailed me and said they tried to call but my phone was off. They said to call them. So you actually have to call them to get your account number.

I just got my account number!!! dialed tech support advance parts and 3 for other questions and they will transfer you.... I asked the lady and she said next time to dialed 888-266 7848 and press 4 right away, then if it asked for your phone number just press the same number you dialed 888 266 7848..... good luck I got my phone out of there!!!!

I called 888-266-7848 and clicked on the tech support option and after hearing all the choices, waited a few seconds longer and then it asks if you wanna talk to a live person and if yes, press 0. You should be able to get it from there.

It will take several tries, but call 888-266-7848 and press option 4. Make sure the rep on the line does not disconnect you without having someone on the line to give you this number. Boost makes it difficult to port your number to another service provider.
