Turn off and unplug the carpet cleaner.
Remove the dirty water tank.
Locate the red filter below the dirty water tank.
Use a pair of tweezers to remove the red filter.
Inspect the red filter for any debris. If the filter is dirty, rinse it under warm water.
If the filter is damaged, replace it with a new one.
Reinsert the red filter into the carpet cleaner.
Replace the dirty water tank.
Plug in and turn on the carpet cleaner.
Here are some additional tips for changing the red filter on your Powerforce Powerbrush Pet XL carpet cleaner:
Be sure to wear gloves when handling the red filter. This will help to protect your hands from any dirt or debris.
If the red filter is very dirty, you may need to soak it in warm water for a few minutes before rinsing it.
Make sure that the red filter is dry before reinserting it into the carpet cleaner.
