Indicator Light Half Red

The indicator on my Bissell momentum is half red when I vacuum. I've tried to look at every possible area it could be clogged and have purchased a new filter, but it remains the same.

Hi Robin! Dirty filters and clogs can affect the air flow and change the filter indicator from black to red.
