Appears To Heats Up, Indicator Light Works,steam Is Luke-warm.
Was hot when I bought it, now the steam is luke-warm when I need it again. What can I do?

1. Make sure there is water in the tank.
a. If the tank is empty, have the consumer unplug the unit and wait for it to cool before adding more water. NOTE: Before opening cap relieve pressure inside the unit by holding the steam trigger. Once relieved and unit is cool then the cap can be removed.
2. Make sure the red indicator light is off.
a. The indicator light will turn on as soon as the unit is plugged in.
b. The light turns off when the unit is hot enough to produce steam.
c. If the light is on, the unit will not steam, it may not have water in it. Unplug the unit and wait for it to cool off before adding more water.
3. If the unit still will not steam, the steam nozzle may be blocked. Try using steam with the attachment on.
a. If the unit steams without the attachment, the attachment could be clogged.
-Clean the spray tip on the attachment with a paper clip.b. If the unit won’t steam with without the attachment,
-Unplug the unit and wait for it to cool.
-Clean the spray tip on the unit with a paper clip.
