How To Remove The Cpu Fan To Upgrade Processor On A U8668 Grand Bios

I am trying to upgrade my processor and dont no how to remove fan

the fan should come with processor, if you get a new processor, you should have a new fan with it. Just remove the whole cpu and then plug the new one.
