New Update
Just downloaded new update. When I try to open the Game Finder it takes me back to the update window. I can open the Guide section but not the search area or Featured. How do I get around this. I love my Big Fish Games but I can't "pay" if I can't play!

Hello Warrior2,
You can perform the following steps in order to resolve your Game Manager Update issue:
- Clean out your internet Cache and Delete Cookies Then Reboot your computer/laptop/etc and see if the issue still exists. If not then you don't need to continue. If the issue does exist then proceed to next step.
- The issue you are having may require you to uninstall/reinstall the Big Fish Game Manager in order to resolve this update issue. Don't worry,no games will be lost.
More information on how to do the install/reinstall, as well as the instructions, are located here
- If your issue is still not resolved after performing the steps above, then your next, and last step is to Contact Customer Support
