Have Not Used Deco 40 In 4 Years

I bought the deco 340 about 6 years ago and the explorations to go with it. I used on windows xp untill my computer crashed and upgraded to vista. Now I have windows 8. since the xp my machine has not worked. I went thur oesd and was told over over that it should work and it never did.Do you have any ideas.
