I Have A Model Ap30800-10 Pure Av That Is 4 Years In Service.

I have a Model AP30800-10 PURE AV that is 4 years in service. It shows no 0% battery stored ( no green bars). Should I replace it..OR just purchase a Belkin Surge Protector. I don't find this model on the Belkin Products website now.
