No Pop Up When I Go To Website To Install Adapter.
I believe i'm suppose to plug in the ethernet cord to my router and my usb cord to the tower..correct? I've went to the site belkin.universal.com and then what? I don't see what i'm suppose to do next. Thanks

I had this exact problem. Belkin's instructions do not explain that you are not accessing a website but the device gateway. My computer was looking for Belkin.universal as website through the browser and henceccould not see the device on the LAN cable while I was connected to the 'net. Once you disconnect from the internet, the browser can then find the device and set up is simple. You may however need to reset the device if you have tried previously by pushing in the button on the back with a paper clip or similar for at least 30 seconds
