Hello, Belkin does not seem to provide support for version 3; however, a user on this forum thread claims that they've installed the card on a Windows 7 computer and it's working for them, so hopefully it will work for your computer too.

The most complete manual I can find does not specify a version number, and it reflects that the product is not compatible with any Windows operating system beyond XP (so is not compatible with Win7). Your best course is to check with the manufacturer for ver. 3: call 800-223-5546.
