Who Do I Talk To About Reissuing A Check Make Out To Susan Allen?

I was sent a check 4-6 weeks ago from Bank of America in the amount of $2,300+. Over the holidays, it somehow got replaced, and I have turned the house upside down looking for it. I don't have a current account with Bank of America, but used to hold stock so I think the check had something to do with that. Please respond ASAP. I will send any info necessary.
