How Can I Get An Answer To My Application For Making Home Affordable

I applied for this program in July 2009 and I talk to a representative in India every other day and I can not get my paperwork completed by them.  I sent 72 pages in July of what was requested by me and as of this date no answer.  Two weeks ago I had a Rep from B of A in Chicago to stay on the phone with me and after two hours , he got three different answers from three different people. He finally had to get of the phone and apologize for the run around that I have been getting. He said that he gets the paperwork after the home retention team OKs it. This has been going on for too long and I would like to have some help.
