Transfer Of Mortgage

We have a mortgage and a modification thru your bank and were just wondering. How could you posibly send our account to a business that has no e-mail, no computer support, no decent people to answer the phones and a web site that we cannot access? They send us a notice of transfer on the first, the same day our payment is due and do not send a bill with the amount on it. Are they going to honor all of your promises? We have been reading and talking to other families that have had nothing but bad luck with Seterus and just don't understand why you did this to us after we changed our bank accounts to you. Almost sounds like Bank of America is using the public and not helping the people that make the working class and you who you are... Please help us out and at least answer us.
