Transfer Fund Between Bank Of America Locations.

I will paying for cosmetic surgery in manila, Phillipines. I see one Bank of America in Manila (they do not have a web site) So I do not know if it is a full service bank. I want to be able to transfer money from my Bank of America account in Texas to this bank in Manila. Can I do it? Is the Manila bank a full service bank. Thank You
