Check Status Of Home Insurance Claim Check

I just want to check status of insurance check that was sent in, and was to be sent back to me and the contractor. I have been trying to get this taken care of for several weeks. I do not need my mortgage account person - I talk to him regularly. I just need to know if this check has been mailed yet.
