How Do I Reach Someone At The Corporate Level About My Deceased Father's Mortgag

Because the estate doesn't have a designated Administrator (it was a summary administration in Florida) they won't talk to me about it. There are back taxes owed and I'm afraid we will lose the house. Have sent all legal docs to them, but they want a document saying who one Administrator is. To get this, we would have to probate the estate again, in Texas, to the tune of $1,000 which none of us has. How can I reach someone higher up?
