About The Approval Of My Bank Of America Home Loans.

I am confused about the different answers in the customer service abt my payment starting December, 1, 2011. It was approved and start to pay on Dec. 1, since my Account manager refer me to another person to schedule my payments, this person told me I am already paid for my December 1, 2011 installment. so my schedule of payment is starting on Jan. with my acct. in Bank of America. When I talk again to my Account Manager, he told me I have to pay for my December 1,. Now I have to call again the customer service and they keep on giving to me the acct. manger of my loan #. How come the my account manager cannot do the scheduling of payment, and have to refer me to another person, which that number keeps on holding me and then cut the line. I don't know, but the 3rd time I called I was connected to the right person, I did not get the persons name but I know these are all recorded, per our conversation. I will have to try again to talk to the said Account Manager if he knows about the history of my home loan #. Thanks a lot and have a nice day.
