They Can Not Hear Sound From Skype But I Can Hear Their Sound.

i got a yellow exclamation at the device manager ,which says sm bus controller.

SMBus is the component that manages communication between system devices. A problem with that could very well mess up skype. Go here, pick your operating system and download and install the following drivers

Chipset

Audio

If you are using a USB mic, USB drivers

That should fix the issue. If not, you have to talk to Asus customer support as this could be a hardware issue. Hope it never gets there
