Tf101 - Font Or Keyboard Issue Please Help

Hi there, My TF101 is on the latest build 9.2.1.27-20120615. In the past week the soft keyboard is missing D (but it still works) and there are now formatting issues with how text is being shown. This is very annoying. I have done a factory rest 3 times wiping all apps and personal data, This seems ot be at an OS layer. Chnaging language to other english variants does not seem to help. Any guidance appreciated. Image of how font and key board are messed up is attached

Hi Jeffrey here are the Build Details. Picture attached also

Android 4.0.3

Kernel version 2.6.39.4

Build Number IML74K.TW_epad-9.2.1.27-20120615

I have also noticed through further investigation that that fonts in bold don't format and look like gibberish, and when unbolded (eg, once a gmail message has been marked as read) the font renders without issue.
