Can't Install Asus Ph-rtx3050-8g Correctly. Card Is Not Even Seen By System.

After phisicly installation of the card and turn on the PC power, card's cooller starts for a moment and then stops at once/ Card is not defined by the system as installed. Addition supply is connected. The old my card (nv gtx 750 ti) is working perfectly fine. OS: Windows 11; Motherboard: Asrock b569m-itx/ac, pci 3,0. Help me please.Valery Tlyusten.
