Booting From Usb Stick
How do I boot from a USb, have followed all instructions from various web sites and have still not managed, am trying to run either ubuntu 12.04 or chromeOS from a stick

Usually what you suppose to do is open the bios and under advanced settings in the USB configurations to enable USB legacy. Then you save your changes and exit. Press ESC and select USB to boot from.
