My Notebook Pc Has The On Light On The Blue Light On And The 2 Lock Lights On An

and the screen is blank black

What you can try to do is to remove the battery and the power adapter. Keep pressing the power button a few times to make sure all power is completely drained. Next connect the power adater and see if you are able to get a picture again.

If you are unable to get a picture, you will have to send the unit in for service as it seems that your notebook is not posting.
