A Frozen Home Screen

when I turn on the device(dr-900w) the home screen is displayed but when I click on an icon to do something nothing happens, all I can see is the home screen, and from time to time one of the menus became clickable...

Do a hard reset: Simultaneously press the Home, Function, and Power keys.
