Asus Cs5111 Wont See Hdd During Os Clean Install Tried 20 Times 4diff Os

  I think im following instructions. my original question was rather vague and maybe confusing, besides being untrue as I found  out in just a few minutes    win8 goes right in win7 wont see hdd in asus cs5111 the patient is an asus cs5111...  intel core duo 2.5 which is about the size of two 3.5 hdds sitting next to each other....it uses a laptop optical drive sitting next to a full size  hdd    which sit on top of the mother board ...it uses sodimm the error message states that it either can not find a hdd to install os to......or when the hdd appears It seems to have a very fragile look to it.......this has happened 5 or 6 times in my 40 or so tries at installing an os........clean install .............the computer will not start without using something like mini xp.. which was my last attempt new years eve...........I booted to mini xp and tried what would be an upgrade install from within windows........I got the disk spinning, after quickly pulling the mini xp out and jamming win 7 in....got as far as putting in the numbers before I was again told there was no hdd to install to during the install attempts I have put in every chipset.....oh by the way it uses Intel g35 express  chip set and I think the Intel matrix storage mgr.   there is also Windows 7 Issues with  JMicron JMB36X Controller in AHCI mode in the bios that has an enable and disable.....this was the object of dec 30ths attempt........I all of a sudden realized that enabling something in the bios      was a rediculous  feudal  attempt.......where could the driver be installed, duh................I thought I had it now......now I can beat this sucker.......I felt so stupid..........its going to work now and I could chalk another unfixable up this has become personal           it couldn't find the hdd again.........when it does show up for a few minutes, you can sneak up on it and give it a quick click and watch the little circle spin for about 20 minutes before the error comes up again saying maybe you should check bios for a control of some sort    it will not tell me what it wants..........I t tells me that this partition cant be used, or that it can not format this drive because I can not find enough proof that the drive is fully supported enough to function, and then the drive disappears.. I have  a suspicion it may have something to do with an ahci device or controller......ive read a number of times this last almost that this should be enabled in bios            well, there isn't one, and in my readings I came across an article about this device know ably being left out or off the mb because it was a financial gain to asus not to have to  deal with it  the numbers on the board are      p5k3l- x/s1-p5g35/dp_mb           asus mb dosent recognize these numbers    their downloads don't offer anything for the hard drive.....they have 7 bios updates, the latest being only for win7   http://codeblog.theg2.net/2009/10/windows-7-issues-with-jmicron-jmb36x.html  I think there is an answer in this article im just too burned out to see it
