There Is Problem Using Visa Card On Mac Book Pleasse Resolve.

For this you have to check your Visa card is registered with the same name and address as it is on your itunes accounts and you have to be on that particular country from where the card has been issued and in case if the card declined then also check with the card issuer if there some probem on there end, http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ you can also use this link for contacting apple itune support.
