How Do I Speak To A Live Person In Customer Relations?

On April 1, 2016 I submitted an E-mail to American Airlines Customer Relations with attached documentation pointing out American Airlines employee errors regarding Oxygen Concentrator battery life, thus prohibiting me from boarding a flight. This made it necessary for me to purchase a ticket for another airlines. Because of American Airlines employee error, I am seeking reimbursement for for the ticket I should not have had to purchase.
