How Do You Actually Get To Speak To A Customer Service Agent ?????????????

Call 1-800-433-7300 and say "Agent"

The automated system will then ask again if you wish to select one of the menu items and you can bypass it by again stating "Agent"

It will next ask if your travel is considered domestic or international. The only reason they ask this is to route you to the appropriate customer service agent. Some customer service agents are trained for international others are only trained for domestic travel. If your situation isn't applicable to either, simply choose the first choice as anyone should be able to help you.
