Locate My Ticket

I have a ticket leaving MCI Kansas City Mo. on Oct 19, 2013 to Aruba coming back on the 26 of Oct 2013 I do not have the ticket, and my son order it and he deleted from his computer by mistake, thinking he already emailed to me. It needs to be changed and my first grandson is getting married 1 1/2 day in Altanta Ga, on the 28 of Oct 2013. I am running out of time to make changes of this ticket and reroute from Aruba to Altanta and back to KC

Call American and give them as much information as you possibly have. They will ask for details such as passenger name (your name I assume), your travel itinerary (Kansas City, MO traveling to Aruba) approximate time of day your flight departs Kansas City. If you're not sure what time the flight is, they can check different flights, but by telling them Aruba and the date of travel - that should help narrow things down a bit.

Any other information you can provide, such as the credit card number used to purchase your ticket, will be helpful to the agent trying to find your reservation. Once they locate it, they can assist you with the flight change and advise you of any fees to do so.

Again, try to give as much specific information as you possibly can. By knowing the correct dates of the ticket and the destination - as well as passenger name, the airline representative should be able to help you.
