I Just Booked A Business Trip. I Need A Receipt Showing What I Paid.

However you booked your reservation, you can always contact American Airlines at 800-433-7300 and request a receipt if you have difficulty locating your reservation details on their website. Again, you will need either your confirmation or the flight details (date of departure, city of departure & destination) along with your name for them to be able to access your flight information. Getting your receipt should be a very simple matter. It will help if you provided your email address at the time you made your reservation, but if you didn't, they should be able to add your email address to your flight reservation.
