Cancel Tickets

We have air Line tickets and would like to know if it is possible to cancel and what are the cconséquences. The tickets are for 2 adults from Montréal to Miami to st Thomas. and from st Thomas to Miami to Montréal. the dates are the 20 december to 3 of january 2013.
