If you have a free account, aol does not provide support for blocked accounts. You must have either a weak password for your account which may be one of the reason for your account getting blocked. You can try the forgot password option here http://https//account.login.aol.com/opr/_cqr/opr/opr.psp?null

If you get through your account, change the password with a really tough one contain uppercase letters or numbers.
