Alpine Cde-hd137bt In-dash Receiver Radio Frequencies

I'm from Israel and i want to know if i buy from U.S.A This unit will it be abel the radio frequencies to work in Europe ? Does the device have the option to switch/ move or work on radio frequencies of Europe us well ? or only U.S radio frequencies? thanks Sam
