Alcatel One Touch Fierce Won't Update

I have a t mobile Alcatel one touch fierce and under phone info in the settings it says there's a update so I click on it and it'll say its downloading the update but when the download reaches 100% it will either start downloading it again or it says installing and reboots but when I check to see if it did in fact update I find it did not n starts the whole process over again. I'm using WiFi and do not have a sim in the phone due to the Sim card holder being broken and I also had rooted it but un rooted thru supersu before trying to update. What do I need to do to update?
