Suspending Coverage While On Short Term Disability?
I have been out of work for a month now following a hospitalization and my employer is now asking me to remit the amount to cover my aflac accident and dental policies to them since they are not able to deduct them from my check. Is there any way to hold or suspend my policy temparly until I am able to get back to work without fully canceling the policies?

If I am understanding you correctly, the employer is asking you to remit the premium directly yourself to Aflac, while you are on leave. I suggest that you call Aflac policyholder service at 1-800-99-Aflac, weekdays 8 am - 8 pm EST, to get the issue resolved. Aflac could transfer it to direct billing - with no changes to the premium - until you are back to work. Once you are back to work, your employer then can once again resume deduction.
