Here are some things you can do to fix the long beep and blank monitor error on your Acer Veriton M4610G computer:
Check the video cables. Make sure that the video cables are properly connected to the video card and the monitor.
Try a different video cable. If you have a spare video cable, try using it to connect the computer to the monitor.
Reseat the video card. Remove the video card from the motherboard and then reseat it.
Update the video card drivers. Go to the website of the video card manufacturer and download the latest drivers for your video card.
Replace the video card. If you have tried all of the above and the error is still occurring, then the video card may be faulty and you will need to replace it.
Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting the long beep and blank monitor error:
Make sure that the computer is turned on and that the monitor is turned on and properly connected to the computer.
Try pressing the F8 key repeatedly during startup. This will bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu. From there, you can select the Safe Mode option to start the computer in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, you can try to uninstall or update the video card drivers.
If you are still having problems, you can contact Acer customer support for help.
I hope this helps!

Thanks for A2A.
What could be wrong with my computer? The screen is black, but it sounds like the fan is blowing air very intensely. It is loud. The OS interface because the screen is black is completely inaccessible.
All we know from your question is that it is a Windows system. We have no further useful information, and must guess that if you are able to check fans, it is probably a desktop unit instead of a laptop.
Does the machine even display the BIOS startup on the monitor? Have you tried a different monitor to check that your own display is not part of the problem?
Have you checked that all RAM is properly clamped into the relevant slots?
Are the fans that you are checking connected to 12V only, or are they plugged into speed monitored connectors on the motherboard? Sorry, I got this idea from the very next question on my Ask list.
If the machine is failing to get through POST (Power On Self Test) then you really need to start stripping it back to bare bones in order to locate the defect.
Please Accept my answer by providing you with the best possible solution. Would be more glade.
THANK YOU
