How To Get Tv To Work?

When I bought this computer I thought it had a built in TV Tuner, so recently bought a digital TV antenna to link to it so I could watch TV, but none of the "instructions" on the computer tell me how to work it, I have set the whole thing up, I just need to know how to actually work it now, and if it actually has a built in TV tuner like I thought Thankyou!
