Blank Black Screen When Power Is On

This could be a number of things but I can tell you for sure that it's a hardware issue. The possibilities include the RAM, video card, CPU, motherboard, etc... The only way to know for sure is to replace each componenent one at a time. If you don't have any experience repairing computers then it would be best to bring it to a local repair shop.
