Power Supply Upgrade

I want to upgrade power supply on Acer Aspire x3400g from 220 watt to 500 watt, any suggestions welcomed?

Any ATX supply should work. Try to find one with seperate power rails. That stabilizes the power and isolates the components. I personally prefer modular supplies. They cut down on un-needed cables. Thermaltake supplies are good. http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/, also OCZ http://www.ocztechnology.com/

My system at home uses a Xion 1000 watt modular supply. I've had good luck with it. Don't get anything rated less than 80 plus bronze or sliver certified.
