My Laptop Contains Intel Hd Graphics. Will It Support Gta Or Nfs Or Other High G

If its a traditional laptop it MIGHT be able to support a graphics card if there is extra space which is not usually common. If you have the V5 aspire I doubt you can add a dedicatd graphics card because most of the peripherals in the hardware is sautered on. You're going to have to just stick with the Intel Graphics.
