How To Start Up New Aspire V5 171/131?

When starting up I get to a screen that mentions copyright. But after this screen nothing happens I can't get any further.

When you powe up the computer press F1 or F2 or del key to enter in bios then load optimal defaults settings then set first boot device as harddrive then save settings and restart then check.

If you are still unable to get os then open back cover of laptop then on motherboard find cmos cell and pull it from motherboard then all settings goes to defaults then put it again into it's position then check.
