How Do I Acess Bootloader Meneu When I Reboot

Press the f2 key for bios & alt f10 right after the splash screen display.

When you power up the computer press F8 or F12 key to boot menu settings or when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or del key to enter in bios then go to boot menu and set first boot device as your need.
If you want to set bootloader of os then you need to change boot.ini file from command prompt.
