You have a spare IDE slot , but it seems that the two sata slots are being used, so believe you can only add IDE (pata) hard driives- there seem to be be a few spare spaces to put hard drives. This would mean an IDE cable- you could attach two hard drives on one cable, and set them as slave drives (this is done by moving a clip on the rear of the drives to the correct position-usually a little diagram is on the rear of the hard drive telling you the master and slave position. They seem to come set as master, so you would need to set them as slave.
Whe you start up, you should go to the bios and load failsafe defaults , then you can use this/these as extra storage.

Alternatively you can purchase external usb drives in their own caddits, or even usb flash drives as extra storage.Like these
