How Do I Set Up The Scanner As Required By My Canon Printer/scanner?

I am trying to scan a document from my canon 6442st printer to my acer 5742 computer - how do I do this?

Hi! There is no Canon printer that is that model. Can you please recheck the model number?

I recommend using Foxit Reader to scan documents to a PDF. Once you have the program installed and running, simply select the Create PDF option and select From Scanner.
