Lid Fault
I HAVE ACER ASPIRE IYEAR AND SIX MONTHS OLD, CANT CLOSE LID DUE TO STIFFNESS, CAUSED LID TO SPLIT, HAVE SEEN MANY MANY COMPLAINTS ON LINE, DOES THIS EVENT WHICH IS COMMON WITH THE ACER LAPTOP COME UNDER THE FAULTY GOODS REPLACEMENT CONDITION WHICH IS FOR SIX YEARS, I WOULD LIKE TO BRING THIS FAULT FURTHER INTO THE PUBLIC ARENA, I HAVE EMAILED BOTH STAPLES, AND ACER BUT BOTH BLAME EACH OTHER.
