Recovery To Factory Default

My name is Marcus Baiden using aspire 5250-0468 with it model number 14310463616, previously i was using it in good condition without hesitating any problem all because i was using the factory default very nice and tidy with all smiles but unfortunatly i had a problem with deep blue screen that was giving me a lot of problems. I did all trobushooting, system repair, system image, etc among others but still blue screen keep worring me so i formatted it with WIN 7 32 bit OS but then i was using WIN 7 64 bit OS so all that i need from you is getting the steps or help that will guide me to access the factory default so that i can move from 32 bit to the previous one that is win 7 64 bit.
