This Is For The Acer Crystal Eye Webcam

Hi I have a Windows 7 computer and my webcam is not working. I have an Acer Aspire 5250-BZ467. I've tried everything and nothing has helped. What do I do? The program for the webcam is called ...Acer Crystal Eye WebCam. It says that it is not a compatible application. What do I need to do step by step in order to fix this?
